Your Content
You keep ownership of files, folders, photos, videos, documents, metadata, and other content you upload, create,
store, sync, or share using Incybit services (“User Content”).
- Your rights: you must have the rights needed to upload, store, process, sync, and share your content.
- Limited licence to us: you grant us the limited permission needed to host, store, back up, transmit, preview, compress, restore, sync, and otherwise operate the service for your content.
- Sharing: if you create a public or private share link, anyone with access to that link may be able to view or download the shared content depending on the feature settings.

- Removal: we may remove or restrict content if required by law, to protect the service, or if it appears to violate these Terms.
Compression & File Processing
Some Incybit services process files for storage, transfer, preview, lossless compression, decompression, thumbnails,
